Imagination!
A quote that I came across today – and one that we educators need to bear in mind when dealing with those little characters in our school!
“Imagination is more powerful than knowledge” – Albert Einstein
The more I turn that about in my head, the more interesting it becomes, and the more I understand the importance of those words.
Albert Einstein
Today marks the anniversary of the death of Albert Einstein (1955).
He was indeed a remarkable man, overcoming difficulties and going down in history as one of the greatest minds known to humanity.
Below are a couple of my favourite quotes – especially picked for their relevance to education today.
“Learn from yesterday, Live for today, Hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.”
And…
“The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge, but imagination.”
Maybe some more later…
